I believe if you stay in the hotel Krone in Zurich you get a free beer for each night you stay. But of course the hotel charges quite a lot in the first place...

Yes! Rumor has it that in 1978 Uli Öhli from the Kanton of Appenzell Innerhoden opened a keg at the annual cheese-chucker contest and let people drink from it.

It's redundant anyway, I think it only applied if the Swiss national footy team either beat major competition or, yes it's true, they win a major tournament.
