This is suggesting that there is some fraud, which is of course complete nonsense, and why it is posted on here rather than through any correct or official channels. There is a well defined process for complaints in Swizterland that are more productive than idle gossip. This complaint, if that is what it constitutes, is entirely spurious, malicious, cowardly and without any foundation whatsoever.
Now the fun starts...

In the blue corner: A new user who seems to be a fairly thick American. He cannot read properly and is so slow at "investigating" that it hurts the average reader... all we managed to figure out by now is that he is looking for some mysterious Englishman who is the director of a financial business.

In the red corner: A mysterious new user who according to his profile is English and a director of a financial business.

This has the potential to become an instant EF classic.

P.S: CD, if that is you... I can only applaude.

I suspect our new member might be connected to this matter in some way. Or non-matter as the case may be. Otherwise, it's a fairly odd first post on EF.
Rather odd indeed. Possibly proving that the O.P. got something quite right

I suppose the first one is CIA (the inability to read properly is proof )
and the second one is CI-5 or CI-6 or CI-7 (whatever)

Hey, Londoncalling, why don't you send me a private message and we can discuss this further. I'd hate to embarrass you in public. Or, if this post is legitimate, MJT, you can call me direct. You have my number. And I wouldn't worry if I were you, the matter is being pursued through "correct or official channels". If you'd like me to provide the "foundation" in this public forum, you just let me know.

Re: American needs help from someone in Zurich or Hergiswil

Thanks for your concern. The Cease and Desist Order was issued back in May, but it takes awhile to actually be enforced, and probably won't become effective until November. That Order was issued against the American I was trying to track down in Hergiswil. He's hiding out at the Hotel Brunig, but using a fake name. Meanwhile, Sigalus declared bankruptcy and became insolvent as of July 12, 2011.
