Everything in administration going wrong

I'm back after a while of disappearance and it's been such a drama (well, it still is actually).

I have been having problems on all kind of administration, just headlines:

1- My employer made a mistake in my taxes for nearly 10 months and then came up to me to say they had mis information from Geneva taxes about my tax % as a separated person which ended up in me owing taxation + 5k and my salary reduced by 700 CHF...which led to me being in financial problems due to financial commitments based on my salary before changes.
2- I received a letter from the AVS claiming i have to pay 2010 / 2011 AVS as a person without activity (Unemployed), while i am actually being employed since over a year and it is being deducted from my salary every month and i have been employed all 2010!!
3- I received 2011 estimated taxes + tax declaration to pay it, when i called back to ask why am i receiving this being actually taxed at source, i got 2 stupid replies: "Cause i'm unemployed" which i denied, then "Cause i have permit C" which i don't have!!
4- I called to ask about my permit renewal status which been submitted July 2010 and haven't been delivered yet, i got told they are missing papers.....i had the same answer 2 times before (November / February) and resent all same papers twice and this is the 3rd time!!
5- I were ordered to pay 1850 CHF pension for my only kid which is approx. 45% of my income, just cause the judge made a mistake and didn't calculate my rent and insurance in the pension split, when i asked to readjust it, i were asked to see a lawyer, when i checked a lawyer, he asked for 2400 CHF + 600 CHF fees + 3 to 6 months to adjust that, which is impossible to pay due to all the above!!

I don't know if it's my bad luck or the Geneva administration are actually high on acid to make so many mistakes in less than 1 year with the same person.

Any advice on whom i can see / meet to sort this out legally as every single mistake of the above meant i have to pay a lot of cash which at the moment i cannot keep on with anymore.

I tried to follow the golden rule which states "Just pay it" but now it doesn't make sense cause apparently what i am asked to pay is much more than what i'm actually getting

Re: Everything in administration going wrong

Sorry to hear about all of your troubles.

There is at least one or more 'permanence juridique' in Geneva which may help out on your legal issues, ie. pushing your permit issue and the pension payment for child. I understand some are free or at least at a low cost. Google it, and you will find.

As for the tax problem, maybe your employer can help out as it seems they made the mistake in the first place. Some employers are known to make salary advances or pay the 13th salary in advance for people in hardship.
