So, few days ago in Hardbrücke Bahnhof.. a guy who was wearing a London T-shirt was asking me in a non-English-speaker accent about was the Post still open at that time (around 8PM..). I answered.

and he asked me the almost one of the most boring question to try getting a conversation start -----> 'where are you from?'
I answered, 'Hong Kong.'
He said to me, 'OWuuwooO!!! Kon ni chi wa!!!'
I said to him, 'hm, actually i speak Vietnamese '
but he seemed so serious and said to me, 'ohhh!!im so sorry!! im really sorry!! so.. you guys speak Vietnamese in Japan?'

Apparently he was like, convinced that Hong Kong IS IN Japan .... im curious, why so? there must be one reason or more,

just that its not the first 1,2,3,4,5 times I got this "Hong Kong is in Japan" thing..
there was other people said something like 'oh hongkong, cool!! the capital of Japan' , and 'so you speak japanese?' , or sth like, 'oh~i love Japan !!'
oh yeh, i do speak some japanese, but its not related to anything about where do i come from .....

P.S. .. I do not speak Vietnamese

This happens all over the place. I am always getting mistaken for being from Britian rather than Ireland. Not that that is a problem for me but I still nevertheless have to put them right

2 months ago I received a letter in the post from the courts in Las Vegas. Apparently I was involved in a class action suit against Hertz rental cars and that I was entitled to $10 voucher. My address which they wrote on the letter was as follows:

Yes they actually wrote Switzerland, Sweden for my address. Now I am not sure if they didn't know where Switzerland was or what but that is pretty funny and dump IMO.

Your link does not open anyway. Never been to LPL + BHX but to GLA. Went to a very nice and really good Chinese restaurant in GLA with an exceedingly nice service (and what a girl ) but overall, GLA hardly is the place renowned for excellent service

It may not be renowned for excellent service but it's about 500 million times better than anything I've experienced in Switzerland!
