I'm expecting my baby in September and I wanted to get the baby stuff ready before she is born. Does anyone know any large shops in Basel region (shops in nearby Germany/France would also be a good choice) where I can buy baby clothes/bed/strollers etc? Thanks!

Baby One is part of a German chain and just over the border, about 10 mins by car I think.
Google them and it should get you what you need. The current exchange will work for plus everything is 25 % cheaper to start with.

Nuggi Haus on bankverein is another option if you can't travel.
