There's a big storm over Basel - though it's diminishing now. At the height of it, there was water dripping from one of the electical junction boxes in the cellar. But only one. And that's almost in the centre of the house. Everything else is dry. And although it's still raining heavily, there's no water coming out at all.

I'm some puzzled. I'll get an electrician in - who knows our circuits - and have him see if he can work it out, but any ideas would be welcome.
