| | Your Essential Items from Home list
I thought that I would start a thread on items that you have brought from your home country (excluding food) which makes life more comfortable.
For me from the UK it is:-
The sky tv digibox
Internet telephone with UK number
Slow cooker
Over to you.

Other things:
1. Hundreds of pictures of my family
2. My books
3. My laptop full of music

Ah, sounds like my mom who lives in Oregon. People spend hundreds of dollars to have Oregon fir trees shipped across the country and we have a fake try. I feel offended everytime I come home for the holidays and see that thing.
Anyhoo,
-my high quality knives
-Advil
-Airborn
-a variety of hot sauces | Quote: | | | | | With a thrifty Swiss German partner and one who does not like needle mess this tree was a must | | | | | |

Blend 37 coffee. Made by a Swiss firm, but unavailable in CH.
As with Polorise - lots of books (nearly 300, I think).
