Re: Swiss Flag Throwing

I have a friend who was all excited to go the the "Fêtes des Reines" thinking it was a Reindeer fight.

What he got was a great big cow fight. I still giggle over that one.... rub it in.... The funniest thing was - I actually put him on the bus to go to god knows where thinking it was reindeers... And i waved him off...

Not in a good mood when he got home.

We laugh over it now.

Re: Swiss Flag Throwing

The woman flag thrower who was very briefly shown on the video was recently featured on SwissInfo: Erna Fischbacher, pionnière du lancer de drapeau or Die Fahnen-Pionierin mit viel Schwung. Nothing that search could find in English.
