Can I get a beer enema in Zurich you know for "health benefits"

Thoughts please.
Never heard of it before but maybe just maybe Feldschlossen could be good for something besides killing ants!! First things first, see if it is covered under your health insurance and needs to be administered by a certified practioner.

I guess it maybe an Australian saying they're a bit like that after a few Fosters...
Umm, sorry to correct you but I know of no Australian who would willingly drink Fosters.

Re: Drink Beer!

Hey catalyst, you are the man! Although much to my wife's dismay, finally I heard sensible voice to justify my thirst for Kilkenny. Thanks for gems of wisdom. I will truly abide with the title of the thread and much more. Water for sissies

Guys, it is very hot in Switzerland so please drink beer often.

If you feel thirsty, it is already to late. Make sure you drink at least 2 liters per day and if you sweat, you can go easily to 4 liters.

Enjoy Summer!

Cat

Unfortunately he is.. While an active member of the community in the week on EF, Saturday nights he's known as Shirley..
Your comment reminded me of this...from wonderful Pink Martini

Wholeheartedly agree with all the above posts (but I have a slight preference for rum)

Just one step away from anti-freeze, you're my true hero <hick>

Keep up the good work and don't forget meths...cheap, available and well rock and roll..

Here's a thread on another forum answering any possible questions you may have...

"This might be a dumb question. But I know there are alot of people out there spending bucketloads of money on alcohol every weekend to binge drink.

I've heard homeless people mix methylated spirits in with their coridal, because they can't afford alcohol from the liquor store.

So my question is, although it may be a stupid one, why do people spend so much money on alcohol, to simply binge drink, when methylated spirits is apprently pure alcohol?"

http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=40322

I've wondered this too, off to Jumbo at lunch to find out..

Amanandhisdogs has no particular reputation at present
Re: Drink Beer!

Back to the beer: is it me or are the Swiss just not very proficient in brewing a proper beer? Apart from a few Dutch beers (and I do not mean Heineken!!), I personally prefer the German beers. Have not found their equal in Switzerland (yet)...
