Agreed, water for me anytime. Meisie have you ever read the label? I use it for cleaning brass but it would never go any where near my innerds that's for sure.

Another doubtful piece of advice on that water thread was to drink cold water with your meals.
Warm water is better.

can also use coke for polishing chrome and rust remover....
on the bad side I drink a couple of liters of the stuff daily ......I simply dont like water

Ones internal body temperature is 37degrees celcius right? So wouldn't it all just heat up once swallowed and not affect the tummy?
