I reserved a display item at a Swiss shop and we agreed on a price for the said item. Two days later I get a call telling me to collect the item and interestingly the lady knocked 35% off the price without me asking.

Incidentally, I went into the pet shop on Clarastrasse last week to ask how much wasps were.
"We don't sell wasps", said the man.
"Oh. But you have one on display in the window."
