If you can't find anyone in Thalwil try Swiss Smile at the Main Train Station in Zurich. They usually try to fit u in. And I think they open quite early. But it's not cheap. Good luck.

It's in a flat in a little shopping centre. He even has a receptionist who is Swiss but speaks English with a Devon accent. Good luck...
