I agree. Beautiful, really lovely, Nil!

I always admire artists who can do impressionist modern stuff - from the heart or somewhere inside them - "expressionist"?

You have massive talent!

Thanks girls! I didn't know where it would bring me and I have to say, I am liking it.

It looks even better in real, the picture doesn't give it justice. Hubby loves it and wants to put it on the living room wall. I already started an other one.

I am hooked.

Actually, I like your style, the more I look at your painting - a lot of fantasy in there.

Nil, when you photograph your next painting - put it on a level with your camera and take a "straight at it" photo. And give the sizes.

Now ...... go paint!

Nil, that really is gorgeous!

It reminds me of reflections in water (which I always love). I think you've inspired me now. It must be contagious.

Keep it up... I'd love to see more of your work!

Oh wow! I think instead to call it forecast, I will call it Reflection. It does fit more, I think.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the comments. Is there any criticism of what or how could be used in the futur?

Hello, I have finally done an other project.

I found the wood stick in the woods, cleaned it and did this. It is in our bedroom.

I can't remember if I posted this..The bill was so slow in showing up I sketched on the resto table. Maybe I should do it more than once a decade, the anatomy would be better. I will line our kitchen wall with some large plane wrapping paper for us to do some sketching art brut.

What a good idea!!! And good hand. They say hands are the hardest to draw and I have never drawn one yet that looked really human. Maybe thats why I stick to landscape?

Then you have to make a video with sound and post it!

I got sent some music/singing my one son did in NZ - he was trying out his version of ACDC with music from his Mac ... alone in the house, singing his heart out to some made up song of his own.

Wish I knew how to post that here - for laughs and critics - I`m his Mommy so although not my "own" .... I did make him!

His sister in USA used it for her intro to one of her radio station talks she does there, and he was delighted. Not easy to get anyone to listen to one`s own renditions . Nothing beats a captive audience ... hahaaa.

But I would ask him. Except I don`t know how to put it up from my saved documents. So for the moment you`re all saved from his "caterwauling".
