Is there such a thing here?? There must be but I can't find one. I have a king size (yes, brought over from the US) quilt that doesn't fit in the wash machine in my apartment. I'd like to take it somewhere & wash it myself since it will cost an arm & a leg to bring it to a cleaner. Any suggestions???? I live in Aargau but would be willing to drive. Thanks!

In Loerrach Hieber there is a dry cleaning shop. It is not self service though but it is cheaper than here.

"Landry mats" should be Laundromat. It is a self serve laundry where they typically have large capacity washing machines.

In German (what you should use to search) would be Waschsalon.

Well, if you try http://tel.search.ch/ and translate laundromat to wäscherei or waschsalon you might have more success
