I freaked out this weekend because my 4.5 mo got her first cold with a high fever... Poor girl, her first week at daycare and she's already caught something

I came back from ER where the docs suspected my baby might have pneumonia only to discover that my 5 yo was also sick with very high temperature. he was complaining of neck pains and I made the stupidest mistake ever: look up the symptoms of meningitis on the Internet. Got so freaked out by what I read that I almost had a panic attack in my living room...

Well, three days later: my baby 'simply' has a big cold, and my son a viral sore throat.

Oh no, you do what I do! Everytme some illness or other circulates around my daughters day-care, I google it to see what it's all about. Google images always show the worst case scenario which indeed make me freak out too!
