Re: Basel questions

I admit I had fantasised about doing that last summer. Now I am considering it for next summer - I could organise a "BYO Chair Picnic in the Park" in spring. Or a chair swap picnic, where we throw all the chairs in the circle, then I leave with someone elses. :-D

In the meantime, my landlord is showing a slightly amused (bemused?) interest in my efforts to have the chairs disappear from outside the apartment block. He is not as optimistic as me, that the regular blue bag rubbish folk will take them away tomorrow.

Re: Basel questions

Update:the 3 chairs were still huddling forelornly together on the footpath when I left for work this morning. But, Eureka! They had disappeared by the time I got home just now. Gone to another world where all old chairs eventually end up. :-D

Adrian, I think we had better hold on the score until I am sure he didn't just temporarily disappear them. They may turn up again when I least expect it ( like my entrance way daisy in the pot did!!)
