Santa Claus in Basel?

Dear English Forum colleagues,

do you know in Basel any place today where I can bring my child to see a "nice Santa", out of the one in Stucki?
some real Santa! you know what I mean...

If is around Basel, any village around, no problem at all also,

Thanks and wish you all of you a nice Christmas & Happy new year!

Re: Santa Claus in Basel?

I think he is hard to find since most european locations around here have their own traditions. Santa Claus as invented by Coca Cola is an american imposition on Europe where St Nicolas is more the focus.

Europe has resisted the temptation of following this trend so finding a red suited santa is rare.
