Who was the author? Need to get me a copy before world oil runs out and everything goes crazy.
I know. I chucked it into a shelf, though, it was very blah for a teenager. It was something like this, but with a different cover.

I kinda like the thought behind a parent giving this to a child. 15 is a good age (unless struck by an extreme idealism), plus one is prepped by scouting, etc., I was but by commie anti nuclear training. I might start reading to my kiddo from it later on, just not at bedtimes.

Makes me feel and walk like a penguin. But I have a tshirt and a giant sheep coat today Russian style and it's nont really cutting it, either.
Walking like a penguin is good... you never see penguins slipping on the ice now do you?

True that, Pingu seems to have fun sliding all over.

Anyone checked out the weather forecast? Looks a tad...frosty, oy. I mean, we have been spoiled here by mild climate, it's way harsher up north east (remember me and bros going to creche in a sled instead of a buggy for a couple of years), but being here for a while, it's easy to get used to the around zero temps, in worst situ..

Fondue, raclette, soups and hot chocolate...I like the winter menu here.

Bring on the cold weather. I'd love to ice skate on Sihlsee again.

Current conditions: not enough ice so it's still closed.
