How much do you save a month

I wonder how much do you guys save a month?
How much do you think is a good salary in CH?
What live style do you think is considered as ''GOOD"?
let's be honest...

Re: How much do you save a month

First, isn't your business.

The rest are entirely subjective. For my lifestyle, an 80k salary would be more than enough, although I'm sure making that, my lifestyle would grow to compensate for the "overage".

A "good" lifestyle is one in which YOU feel fulfilled, socially, emotionally, intellectually and pretty much every other way. What's "good" for me maybe isn't good for someone else - and even what I felt was good in my younger years is much different than now. Well... I do miss those days though, sometimes.

Savings vary hugely - dependent on individual income, expenses, life style. Are you looking at how much you could save, if you were on a specific salary?

A "good" lifestyle also varies a lot - dependent on the above and on what one wants to spend money on - sports, music, cars, culture, clothes, travel, family ..........

Personally, I think a "good" lifestyle is one where one has enough money to pay all essential debts and expenses and have enough left over to pay for the extra's that one would like, or to be able to save for them, without becoming stressed about that life or the money. Huge variations.

Today, I had a fabulous day of xcountry skiing with a group of friendly folk - fun, warmth, laughter, exercise, no debt incurred. A very "good" lifestyle indeed, today.

That would still be 233,997,579,274,099.25 CHF in that case.

With the Vietnam Ding it would be 4,071,331,205,753.36 CHF. Guess I'll be seeing you on the forbes rich list :P

Maybe this gives an idea:

This gives an impression of salaries:
