The Stranger Side of Switzerland (article on the beeb)

I stumbled across this on the BBC this morning. It feels a bit disjointed when I read it (for example, he refers to Chur as south of Zürich, when I always thought of it as further east than south), but it does reference our very own Dan of the Dead, and taught me about a thing or two I hadn't stumbled across yet. ;-)

Hopefully it hasn't been posted before - I searched, but came up with nothing, though it's a week or more old.

It's south east of Zuerich to be precise, but what do you expect from a travel article from an author from Lonely Planet.

An excellent writer ! And who knows lots more about Dadaism than I do but the Ghost Walker is a tremendous chap, his tour worth every CHF you pay, and his knowledge of old Zürich second to none and so to be recommended very highly, even if you do not believe in ghosts

Ahh, almost heartwarming to see that LP writers are still as clueless as they ever were:

"The creative classes shop for organic food in Migros"

Hey, don't blame my favorite neighbor!

HR Giger lives next door and he's an old and friendly person and he won an Oscar for he's surreal plastics and painting. He's a great artist!
