Hired in Zurich, working in Basel, Living in France

Im looking for some information on a special tax arrangment between canton Zurich and France. Apparently if your hired in Zurich ( possibly working in Basel) you can live in France and pay Zurich tax , i have a few friends doing this but would like to know if anyone has any links that could provide details on this arrangement.
