Who is visiting the Bundeshaus today?

There is lots of fuss and red carpet outside the Bundeshaus in Bern today. Any idea what is going on?

Visit to Cailler Chocolate factory and boat trip on Lake Gruyere are planned - but with wind as it is, making the lake choppy, I hope not in that order
