Swiss-American couples

I am American, new to Switzerland and just married to a Swiss citizen. What would be a good way to share experiences from similar couples?

Re: Swiss-American couples

Me too! We got married at the beginning of September and moved at the end of September.

But my Swiss husband lived in the US for 10 years, and is having more problems with culture shock here than I am...

Re: Swiss-American couples

My companion studied for 2 years in Texas and was not very happy there. He loves his country and I have been trying since I am here to appreciate it.

Re: Swiss-American couples

I've been here almost a year now and am struggling being without my family, friends, and city. I've hit some very low points but I hope to overcome them since I did choose to come here and choose to be with my OH.
