Recently I sold an item on ricardo.ch. However, the buyer did not pay. I was advised to contact him/her several times and only then file a complaint. Obviously, this took a while. In the end, my complaint passed and so I was waiting for an updated version of the bill. However, instead I received a late payment message, informing that the state of the account is like this:

CHF 1.75 - insertion fees
CHF 7.30 - winning fees
CHF 10.00 - late payment fees
Total to pay: CHF 19.05

They also claim that 7.30 will be returned to me later via other sales. I could not care less, as I am planning to move out in next couple of weeks and do not plan any sales/purchases. I agree about the 1.75 part- however, all the rest is their slow processing + stupid system.

Now the thing that really bothers me is this line:

Bei Nichtzahlung behält sich ricardo.ch vor, den Gesamtausstand inkl. noch nicht fakturierter Gebühren einem Inkassobüro zu übergeben.

Has anyone had any experience with them regarding this issue?
