Excellent customer service[Euro 2008]

Looks like everyone can look forward to superb hospitality and excellent customer service in 2008 .

In the run up to Euro 2008, the new hospitality scheme will teach 50,000 people, including airport and customs officials, bar, restaurant and shop assistants, train staff, police officers and soldiers how to be the perfect host. (Swissinfo).

Could be interesting, especially the police officers and soldiers .

Will we see a drop off in postings in Complaints as a result .

Re: Excellent customer service

As you are unlikely to attending Euro 2008 given your current location, we will keep you up to date on the "Have a Nice Day" developments.

I may well be over as I have one team in the tournament .

Thinking about it, hospitality is likely to be extended to citizens of countries that qualified, so the English, Scots, Welsh, Irish (both flavours) and non-European English speakers are stuffed. Sorry .
