IP7 = rated for submersion six feet of water for a half hour without getting damaged. Do your research.

The speaker is designed for ruggedness eg: to the pool or lake and if it gets accidentally dropped in water for a brief time will not die. That's the point of giving an electronic item some degree of waterproofness, to protect against the unfortunate accidents that traditionally kill electronics very quickly, same as with the recent Samsung Galaxy and iPhones etc.

I've got a Flip 3, and used it a couple of times on a small inflatable going down Limmat. Also at the pool, at the beach, etc.

No issues, and it will take a LOT of water without any complaints.

I counted 23 Swiss online shops cheaper than your poor offer, including some solid shops with good reputation like digitec, fust, mediamarkt, microspot.

So I repeat myself, kvc5300 is much cheaper and has almost the same amount of accessories. I 'm not going to debate about the differences I listed, to me it's crystal clear that KVC5391S is not a good deal at that price.


Edit: i even checked the difference of getting the 5300 and buying separately the accessories like the additional hook and the additional stainless steal bowl, it's even cheaper, for example: http://www.toppreise.ch/index.php?se...d+hook&sRes=OK.
