Interdiscount is offering a "hammer price" sale for touring select destinations in Europe via SBB. No half-fare or GA required.

For 48 CHF, round trip in 2nd class to Milan, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Munich or Dijon.

For 78 CHF, round trip in 2nd class to Paris, Berlin, Vienna, Venice, Hamburg or Marseille.

For further details and terms & conditions, refer https://www.interdiscount.ch/de/cms/sbb
Did anyone actually get one of these? I tried to buy a couple last week and they were all gone I know the early bird an all that, but I was waiting for my girlfriend to make a decision on when and where.

The offer was advertised until the 9th but apparently they sold them all or something.

Re: The "I found a deal/bargain" thread...

I have been looking to buy the Fujifilm X 100-F compact camera. Since I'm going to Germany I headed straight to Amazon. Between 1,200-1,400 EUR. I knew it was about the same in CHF, but on investigation found it at Interdiscount for 1,150, but with an additional 250 discount! Add to that a voucher from my wife who got 300 for depositing her 3A with Zurich and I got a great deal. (Even without the voucher it's a fantastic deal)

And if you had lots of Coop points laying around, you would have been able to use them (100 pts = 1 CHF). You would do this via the gift cards.

Hadn't thought of that! (Although I used all my points on booze last week!)

Re: The "I found a deal/bargain" thread...

I went to IKEA today to get a few things, one of which was specifically the following floor lamp:

IKEA PS2017 Floor Lamp regular price 79.95chf... https://www.ikea.com/ch/en/catalog/products/50333799/

So, I was shocked and delighted when I got there and saw it is actually reduced to 29.95chf in-store... down to almost a third of the rrp!

Stick a Philips Hue E27 bulb in there and you have your very own much bigger, more powerful and more stylish version of the Philips Hue Iris and Bloom. I have it in a corner of my living room facing up the wall and it has added a lovely soft and diffused light to the other side of the room.

Highly recommended.

For 149 CHF.

When the Kiwi is as hard as a rock, the lettuce already wilting and the potatoes already getting soft in the store, a frank in the end is actually a frank wasted.

5 room apartment, freshly renovated, own washer...

...1050/mo. That's a bargain even by Glarus standards.

(I don't know any more about it than that, just saw the ad in our local Coop. Phone number's a local prefix.)

Re: The "I found a deal/bargain" thread...

It is not a deal to get totally excited about but if you need to buy any "accessories" for your car, Jumbo has a coupon in their latest flyer for 20% off everything. It could be useful for something that you use that never goes on special.

The coupon can not be combined with other offers in the flyer and there are the normal exceptions like vignettes, repairs etc.

The offer is valid until Feb 2nd.
