Yes, here I was thinking that I overdid it with the cough syrup last night.

Dont worry, its just the swiss brain fog. Happens to all of us who move here. Anybody else feeling ''slow'' since moving here? |

Definitely!
But I think in my case it's the usual slowing down of the brain when confronted with an official form all in German.

I've had a migraine all day. I think is the wind that's causing it. I'm very sensitive to weather changes.

I had a migraine last night and I've spent most of this afternoon on the sofa asleep...
But I had an important meeting this morning and I generally react to stressful situations with sleepiness, so I'm putting it down to that.

My mother-in-law puts absolutely everything down to Föhn - so it'll be that then.

Time to revive this useful thread.
I have had a terrible headache throughout the whole day, in fact not sure if it is just a migraine headache or cold or something else. Went to bed earlier last night and slept until only about 3h30 am then couldn’t fall asleep anymore. Went to work looking like a zombie this morning and then had to leave earlier because of feeling unwell.
Anyone has had a similar experience today or this week with headaches? Is that a changing weather effect or something else?

It's not even blowing a Foehn (the usual Swiss culprit), not down this way at least, where we've had about a metre of snow in the last two days.

My brain hurts because I am deep in my text but otherwise the cold win/rain is pretty mean. Manky weather. The heavy weather fronts can make some Cocos feel puny, yeah!
You need: post jokes on EF, hot chocolate, a real sappy flick, peanuts, herb tea, hot water bottle on your chest, and apparently some worms for better immunity/mood boost.
A few grams of Vit C, just in case.

I wasn’t dressed warm one of these days, my ears and head not covered felt terribly cold. This or some kind of minor infection, other workmate had complained about similar symptoms yesterday as well.

I’m not from Coco-land and my European genes should absorb all type of calamities
How come mods can good-rep as much as they please and I cannot good-rep back my fav mod until I spread more reps all around?

It hurts when I’m typing ... | | | | | Woke up this morning with a sore throat, slight fever and a huge headache. Had to cancel plans to visit friends in Wengen this weekend. Needless to say, I don't want to infect anyone. But the lousy weather coupled with my present state... not the easiest to say the least! Hope my condition notwithstanding the weather will be short lived...
