I have kids and don't have a carpet, nor a life

Remember the saying/decision: get a dog and ruin your carpets or have a child and ruin your life
I have 3 kids and 2 dogs I don't have time to have a life (or carpets)

No kids, no dog, no carpet. The money just keeps piling up in my bank account and I don't know what to spend it on.

Now that's a proper FWP.
Some ideas
  1. Buy shoes
  2. Take holidays during school terms
  3. Go to restaurants
  4. Vote Corbyn

I might buy a car and just park it all day in Zurich.

The parking is gonna eat up all your money - so better just rent one.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

As people post on my Facebook timeline on my birthday, I like to be kind and like their post and thank them. I did this for the first couple early in the morning, but since I am a teacher with too much to do during the entire long day, I pushed back writing thank yous until after the day was finished.

I got home on my birthday at 10pm. No, I did not have a drink that evening... I said, 'work'. Too tired to write any replies. Ditto in the morning before work the next day (today).

Just did all the thank yous now. I wrote 79 replies, written across five different languages. Took me a good chunk of time. Not sleeping on time tonight...

Alternatively drive it around ZH at precisely 3 km/h over the limit and get flashed like the paparazzi

That should be good fun but as 3km don't get fined he'll still have his too-much-money-problem.

Being married doesn't mean you can't go window shopping

Exactly. The trouble starts when you go inside and try something.
Or even worse... buy

We've been invited to another wedding. There is significant guest overlap and I don't know what to wear and I don't want to go shopping.

Wear a false beard and sunglasses and cultivate a foreign accent. It's cheaper than getting new clothes.
