It's nearly summer after all, sleeping naked is perfectly acceptable.

A rather big spider darted across my table and now I don't know where it is. My night is ruined!

Few shots of brandy may serve a temporary cure for arachnophobia ...

No way, I will stay as alert as I can! I'm willing to drown the spider in brandy though
Two days ago I bragged I was over that phobia - that will teach me! (But this thing was 2 cm big at least and faaaast).

I love that problem.

I gotta cross half of Europe in a few hours again. Urghhhh. And I am pretending those suitcases over there do not need to be packed yet.

It might have been pregnant and it might be laying eggs at that very moment! you have no choice but moving to a new place!

As a fellow arachnophobic that's what I would do anyway...

I shouted at the kids for splatting one this morning in the kitchen & not cleaning it up. I went to get the hoover. Child came into the kitchen & said "it's not a spider; I dropped some coffee".

It must have been coffee dropped instead of spider. Otherwise it would have rained today but it's scorching heat ...

The other day I told the train conductor that the time given in the tables is the DEPARTURE TIME not the time the train arrives at the station.

Yes, very funny ... NOT!
We coexisted fine last night (meaning it did not cross my path since) and I know where it came from now, actually we had a very good deal for a long time it having a net in the window frame, keeping most of the mosquitos from attacking me and me leaving it sitting there in peace. Some idiot Swiss must have thought it was his/her business to clear the net off (yes, that is an other first world problem, Swiss not minding their own business).
So I guess it came running last night for refuge or to let me know about it

I suppose they have an excuse then. For me, such rules are simply silly. I'm sure God or whoever/whatever doesn't care in the least if you starve yourself all day or not.
