There is an overwhelming choice of breakfast cereal in the large Carrefour supermarket in France but do they sell bog standard plain Weetabix? No of course the don't. The only Weetabix they have is the chocolate one.
Go for crumpets instead

Should I buy the BMW X5 2008 4.8i 77,000km or should I buy the BMW X3 2011 3.5i 75,000km same price range?
Clearly BMW X3 2011 looks better and is probably lower in road tax too.

I had to wait an hour for emergency eye surgery, half of that was waiting for the eye drops to work!

I realised I was getting a bit wide at the seams because of too much knitting.

I put the needles down, got my walking shoes on and it started to rain.

I don't think the knitting ladies care about my well padded arse...

Ewok has no particular reputation at present
Re: The First World Problem Thread

I wanted/had to study in the weekend but the birthay party at Saturday and the drinks and following games at Sunday ruined my plans. The start of the week is not much better. I have more social life here than at home and I barely keep up with the tempo :/

If I socialise with you, I will have to stop being so rude on here. I shall remain a woman of mystery.

Did my book-keeping. Instead of feeling relieved about the task being done, I feel down about the money I've been relieved from.
