Re: The First World Problem Thread

The chateau and vineyard that we are buying in the south of France is apparently owned by a British financial advisor and his clients in the Ukrainian mob. Unfortunately, one of the mobsters is wanted by Interpol in 22 countries. Our poor lawyers in Marseille are scrambling to find a way for us to buy this without Scotland Yard descending upon our heads.

I'm moving around so much I have no time to repack, nor do laundry...nor open the luggage, in fact.

My suitcase is turning into a mini biodome

The coconut oil is solid again, which proves it's too cold for summer.

When my lease runs out I'll probably get another Beemer, I just wish other manufacturers would catch up so I can have some semblance of choice.

I do not even have the time to register how hard the water is at the places I stay. Not sure if not knowing is better than staying put at one place being aware of just how hard the water is and and all the fuss it entails.

My go-to lingerie boutique didn't have the colour I wanted in my size. Will have to wait for the order to arrive.

They've fitted some kind of water softening device where I live.

The reduction in chalk build up on my kettle and coffee machine is quite noticeable.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

I wish my car GPS system was smarter. Living in Washington DC, I cross into Maryland and/or Virginia at least 2/3 times, if not more, on my daily whereabouts.

However, for new addresses, I have to input the different state every single time. Couldn't the GPS just lump it all into "Washington Metro Area"?

The rest is only suburbs of DC after all!

Don't you have a house for your rubbish? Forcing those bags to be out in all kinds of weather should be fined.

Here is mine, it houses two.

Not really surprising.

1) galavanting about without lingerie.

2) Fans/open windows causing drafts.

If you'd just worn a scarf you would be fine, now you've gone and kilted yourself.
