I really couldn't care less whether you like it or not: I think it's highly entertaining and an affectionate take on the genre. Why make such an issue about such a light-hearted thing? Such a strange reaction to something you find bewilderingly trivial. How about you come and play with the rest of us rather than taking swipes from the sidelines, eh?
Have you seen Pride & Prejudice & Zombies? I loved that movie.

I haven't but it's on Netflix and on my list! Keep meaning to pick the book up too.

Mr Collins.

FWP: my brand new hob has imperfect knobs. New ones are being ordered but it will take a week.

Now that would be a miracle indeed.

They work fine, are just all scratchy from the installation. Is a cosmetic FWP. My two day kitchen install is now into week two.

Stopped today at Interdiscount to get a longer telephone cable. The Clerk then showed me their wide and varied range of usb cables.

Some Coop shelf stocker put Chicken wings where the half chickens belong. what is the point of selling pre roasted chicken if the customer is expected to distinguish between a meal and a snack?

Thursday nights if you nip over the border in the direction Hohentengen you can buy a whole hot roast chicken for 8 euro

That's a royal eff up! I usually grill chicken wings in the oven and eat them as a main course. Poor dude must have assumed that anything that has to do with a poultry belongs to Poulet section. Typical local grandiose faux pas "exerted on expats" in der Schweiz.

Thursday is Linsensuppe night. Are you trying to screw up the rest of the week?

Indeed. Had I wanted a homeopathic portion of Poulet I would have made broth. My weekend is ruined, despite the fact that I have Swiss citizenship.
