Re: The First World Problem Thread

Some twat in Jumbo (Vernier) has decided motorbike helmets should be on the shelf with bike helmets, motorbike gloves on the shelf the other side of the shop with gardening gloves... never did find the motorbike trousers & jackets. Gave up + came away with nothing. They used to have the motorbike stuff all together which meant it was easy to find. How to kill off sales of your products.
And while I am on a general Jumbo rant, why are toilets in DIY shops the most revolting? Broken lock on one door so basically unuseable unless you have someone to hold the door shut & the only other one has a broken flush.
It's First World being that we were trying to spend money...

With or without hooded black cape?
Probably available from the same outlet in the run up to Fasnacht.

The traditional advice for dealing with no lock on a toilet door was to sing.

The First World Problem here is that you might just find your performance uploaded to YouTube.

What were your no.1 and no.2 songs? (Does it help with constipation?..I guess that is another FWP)

Or to hold it shut with one hand. Until of course someone flings the door open thereby breaking your wrist.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

Spent two hours on Saturday watching CNN in the hope of seeing winds, rain and generally to satisfy the need to learn about hurricane effects from the safety of my home, but instead watched two wind-slapped clowns describing things in their words on a split screen... Should have stayed in bed and listened to the radio then...

What effect are you expecting? Is this some sort of diet based on your horns?
