Having remortgaged my house to buy an iPad Pro, Apple now want CHF 179 for a flimsy Smart keyboard and CHF 109 for an Apple Pencil.

I thought you've just been to a swanky trade show. If they didn't give away the latest e-gadgets, then it wasn't worth it.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

I forgot to put my leftover Achari Biryani in the fridge last night, and left it on the hob. In the hope of heating it up for dinner, the rice turned in to congee. I've never been so downhearted when throwing something away, especially given the time it took to make the damn thing in the first place.

My OH has handed me the pizza menu:

"I'll have" *sob* "tandoori chicken" *sob* ..."double mozzarella, in fact, double everything, because I deserve it" *sob*

Having dragged my OH to the thermal pools at Alpamare in an attempt to relieve some of his tensions, he got tempted my one of the slides. All great fun until I got spun round and dragged down a waterslide backwards, causing a 'wardrobe malfunction'.

Oh but it's so deep, it will be remembered
Imagine how weird it would feel if you reread the other 7699.

And even there are times on the EF that threads get moderated and posts deleted. Hence it's important to keep the numbers up.

P.S. Believe it or not, that's exactly why I'm posting again ...

This "be who ever you want to be" movement is seriously going too far. Now flies bite, trying to be mosquitos.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

Watching The Crystal Maze on catch-up and I just parodied to my OH the team of girls who "are like, so excited to be on the show, and, like, want to choose so-and-so to do the physical challenge coz she's like, so Beyonce."

And he shook his head, because, I'm like, so jealous and bitter.

Funnily enough, I thought it was Wednesday till lunch (when the restaurant had a different menu than I checked up, since I used the "Mittwoch" tab )

A collegue of mine managed to call a guy at 4pm, asking why he didn't showed up to the meeting. Turns out the meeting was scheduled for Wednesday. So it seems I wasn't the only one a day ahead
