I finished all the Mailänderli and the Vanillekipferli. No choice but to eat the stupid Zimtsternen and all the rest.
Should tell my neighbours to stick to the first two and quit wasting time with the others.

More than half of the places in a place that held a wonderful classical music concert were empty.
A top notch local Kammerorchester that could perform on any other international stage, authentic musicians. An extremely talented violinist. And yet, more than half of the places were empty.

It may be the weather. We just sold out three giant churches the last three nights we performed. Today is my 1st night without a concert or rehearsal in a long time. Yay! Feel so...carefree |

Still, miss running outside.

This afternoon, I typed the most eloquent response on a thread, but before I could post it, my finger slid right, across my Apple mouse trackpad, flinging the window off the screen and I lost everything and twenty minutes of my life, doh! | The following 7 users would like to thank TobiasM for this useful post: | |

Bands have hard time getting a gig in a church . The rock bands I played in wouldn't probably pass the program committee.

Glad the churches are heated in this country. Have done enough symphonies in frozen places. It is a bit lame to sing wrapped up like an Eskimo.

It looks like it is the busiest church time now, here and home, services, parties, nativity scenes exhibitions, concerts. Quite a buzz. I can imagine some churches could be hard to heat, though.

He says ice-cold churches have a special acoustic and he regrets that many churches overdo the heat these days.
