Trying to explain to toddlers that although the sun is shining and the sky is blue, more than 10 minutes outside WILL turn them into human Popsicles.

Why explain? Just dress them up and send them out to play - they'll get the message pretty quickly.

You do realise that today is Tuesday? And while it might warm up some, it's still going to be below freezing here with some snow forecast. Not due to get above freezing until late on Saturday.

Took my Audi Quattro out in the red snow warning the whole process was so boringly composed.

I am not sure who has more of a problem with it, you, or the person using the spoon?

Silk handkerchiefs - useless. Found one the other day in our household... Not practical at all. So why anyone would make and sell them? Or.. Buy them??? They are only good for dropping from a horse-drawn carriage awash in some perfume in the 19th century...
(Yes, there will be an interrogation of the OH re: what the heck???)
So...what did he say? He bought it for you, didn't he. So you can retroactively drop it in front of him? Yes?

Tis not mine!

My other fwp is: finding ways of a discreet, untraceable 'loss' of silk hankies and other useless crap...

UK news channels' weather coverage: reporters smothered and generously covered and whipped by falling snow: just to add a bit of drama. Oh, look, I got snow on my cheek and eyebrow and it's not melting! I am keeping it as is, I look so cool and brave!

Interdiscount adviertises that if you order today before a certain time, you will get your order tomorrow. I ordered the TV last Sunday and did not get it until Thursday.

Thanks for screwing with my plans last week.

Just seen the new Clarins tv advert for moisturiser with kangaroo flower extract. "Alexa!!! What the freakin' hell is kangaroo flower?" But Alexa doesn't do pictures, so have to revert to Go Ogle.

Very pretty ..... so they must ruin them for moisturizers?!
Not sure whether you'll like the flower or like a kangaroo after using it. Please let us know

Working at home too much - though so comfortable, nice and cozy, create my own working semi-disciplined schedule - need people! Lunches with Ted Talks. Yes, definitely need to change my career from composer to sales.
