Got the Coop mag 17 April 2018 issue: enclosed in it, among other gardening and fust stuff was a thin booklet with vouchers from diff shops on a perforated sheet with a 20% discount voucher from Manor which expires on 24 March this year, as in, 24.3.2018.
The little pernickety side of me is displeased...

50 shades of gray - neither the book (which I have not read beyond page 3, nor I intend to) nor the movie (which I have not seen, nor I intend to). Who knew there were so many shades of gray (and white) wall paint?
I'm moving tomorrow and I'm nowhere near all packed. When I hired the moving company, I should have picked the option "we'll pack for you".
My friend visiting from across the country ran into one of my most favorite chefs and human beings in general in our neighborhood coffee shop. Debating when to start the camp-out without being taken for a stalker.

My allergy to it is rather mild, so I just try to keep my sneezing sexy (ha, ha). But this year it seems more difficult, even for me.
No fun to lie in bed with this lovely weather and I can't even suggest to move the bed to the garden . Hope times will get better for you soon.

I am crazy busy, so I have a coffee. I love coffee.
Coffee keeps me awake at night.
The next morning, I'm tired, but because I'm crazy busy, I have a coffee.
It's a vicious circle.
The reality is, I'm anxious: house renovations are almost done but I've been hearing that for a while, and we are nowhere near being done [ FWP 1]. I'm handling the sale of my other property and we've had all sorts of hiccups with unqualified, time-wasting people, although now it looks like we found a serious buyer who is all clear and we're sailing towards the closing date [ FWP 2]. I'm restarting work soon after a lengthy (for US standards) 5-months maternity leave [ FWP 3], and I have to leave MY BABY at daycare (sigh!) [ FWP 4] and my boss [ FWP 5] wants me to start preparing a sort of personal statement/presentation so that I can sell my soul to the devil (i.e. submit it to the folks who'll be voting for my admission to the partnership several months from now). [ FWP 6]
I need a coffee, and I can't sleep, so I post this long and garbled rant on EF at 2:11am. [ FWP 7] Yuck.
Sorry folks! I am a huge FWP right now | The following 5 users would like to thank BokerTov for this useful post: | |

I can't, for the life of me, read the last undone point on my to-do-list - which I wrote myself.
Ahhh, what a pitty. Can't settle it then, can I. |
