Ha, I bet you didn't think where that short reply of your's would lead to.

.... slushy, what's a slushy ..... checking youtube, aha, hmmm, nice idea ..... what on earth is a thermomix? (the site for the Swiss is all about small and practical, the site in English is all about healthy, healthy ... figures ) .... oh gee, blimey, who needs that?! Okay, in a one room flat, might be handy ..... Stiftung Warentest measured more than 90 decibel at it's grinding mode (that's louder than a jackhammer) .... hmmm, considering the neighbour lives very close in a one-room-apartement ...

.... never mind. Slushi, huh? Yeah, will have that tomorrow.
Don't forget:

Dezibel what? Without a reference level, weighting factor, and measuring distance this value is mostly meaningless.
I was/am not all that interested in the gory details of this machine, I relied on NZZ on this.
It was just funny for me to see, what a round trip one can be sent on by a simple dessert-suggestion.

The first class part of the train had someone on the phone, which disrupted my netflix session over my headphones.

Jokes aside, I was cornered by not one, but TWO Basel-pharmaceutical type individuals who BOTH had a conference call, at the same time, international so they of course had to scream in order for the other side to hear them across the ocean without the phone. Hang right then and there!

Get a second DW, and a pair of magnets, one Red, one Green.

Take from the Green, put back in the Red. When the Red machine is full, run it and swap the magnets.

That is when the beatings commence.

The trick is not to have enough dishes to fill two machines.

(We actually did this for 4 years in the WG I lived in while studying.)
