No volunteers to do the foot massage so I will befriend a tennis ball.
Would refrain from playing tennis with it for now on.

I took a 10-day long break from jogging and tennis altogether, only do low impact sports like cycling at the moment. Plenty of stretching also helps.

I bought some massage balls from Amazon a few years back. The one with little spikes on it is fantastic for the feet! The one that's like a tennis ball is better on the hip.

The TV remote in skillful hands is also a good way of knocking off the pain.

Ice packs help, 5 minutes twice daily!

The water in Annecy lake confuses us, the beautiful turquoise color is very tropical.

The fireworks are so loud that I can't hear the sound of the Netflix movie while watching on the balcony.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

I have had a whinge a few pages ago about owners not writing if lost pets have been found. Yesterday we had a poster on the bus shelter about a lost little sod. Today there was another poster saying the little booger was found, along with a nice photo of the found cat.

Generally, it's not a whinge, but a boast that someone may have read the original whinge and acted on it.
Now I have nothing to complain about - yes, my head is firmly buried in the sand (brexit, climate, etc)...
