I gotta sing a symphony in the Royal Albert Hall that I already sang there.
Is that like wearing the same outfit twice in a row, or something?

Re: The First World Problem Thread

Bought 100g bar of white chocolate today.
Never buy white chocolate.
Ate it up this evening.
Now I remember why I never buy white chocolate.

Was gonna write 'eat it up' but dictionary says that is archaic and I've already revealed my age re languages today.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

So when you accidentally fart while standing in line at Migros, do you own it by saying "Entschuldigung," or do you pretend it didn't happen?

(asking for a friend)

Unless it's too obvious (then you're looking as shy as possible and say and do nothing) you look around, making "smelling noises" and besides that keep quiet while having a slightly annoyed face.

You look at the person behind you in the queue and blame him/her.

I'm truly sorry.
And I apologize in advance for how I "forced" you to feel after you eat the entire thing within minutes.

But hey, go for it! I loved it. And now I just won't buy it again.

Neither. You pull a disgusted face and look at the people around you reproachfully.

The quiet and quick Saturday-lunch-time-shopping at my Migros is ruined. People sussed out it was the best time - gosh so many people sussed it out. Darn.
