My son is bringing his girlfriend home to meet us on Saturday and he wants to order pizza.

When and how did this happen? Yesterday he was four..

Re: The First World Problem Thread

Didn't buy any Gruyêre for a couple of months.
While it used to be a proper piece I notice today, they sold me a really thin slice this time which will be eaten in not time.

Has Migros learnt that fast from Coca Cola?

Coca Cola isn't sold by the 100g's

With Cheese, I always go for the smallest packages, because what do I want to do with that 600g block? Eat it in one go? (Unless it's Raclette. You can never have too much Raclette!)

Funny how my BIO blueberries from Spain are still fresh and tasty after 8 days in the Fridge.

As if they just got harvested yesterday.

They could have been organically grown, but irradiated after being picked to kill mold and bacteria, resulting in a longer shelf life. So, does the produce still count as organic?

Depends! If they got radiated by an organic compound then maybe.

What you talking about?

It's only a holiday in 11 Cantons!
Not the whole country is socialist.

Have yet to open a new compost bag box without ripping it to shreds.
Can't they make these things to be opened?

I have to leave my office in 15min. and walk ALL THE WAY to the parking lot, well over 200m away, under this scorching sun.

THERE ARE NO SUMMER BRAS ? Like summer suits and winter suits? Or pants? Or shoes? WTF?

Re: First World Problems

Just cleaned the fridge out and reserved a corner for the bag containing my bras, knickers and a pack of baby wipes. Tricks you learn when you've worked in a bakery.

If there were space, then you could freeze one of those small cooling footpad thingies, but then you'd need a larger bra.

EDIT: Actually, two of them (the heat must be getting to me).

No, having a baby to wipe does not sound refreshing.
