People with umbrellas, who walk under the protective overhangs of buildings, forcing you (brollyless) into the rain. Gits.

My cold showers don't have the same effect any more
And it's not like I want to get into any cryotherapy, either.

Lol. I am not committed to my cold showers, but the extatic feeling is wearing off. Need something new and healthy. Raw potato sounds...like that guy believes in negative conditioning, Pavlov. That's pretty funny. Doubly holy? |

Doubly holy? | | | | | What about baking in the sauna for 30 minutes and then plunging into an ice bath? I've not done it (nor do I plan to) but I have several friends who swear by it and say not only does it boost your energy it improves your immune system. |

The showers have the same effect after lifting and running combined with sauna, but I believe one hits a plateau even in this not just sports. Gotta get thermically creative here. | This user would like to thank MusicChick for this useful post: | |

Had two idiots try to run me off the road today, after one did an almost-successful attempt yesterday. One of those idiots was in a 5-ton truck ... yet I stood my ground and refused to shift out of my lane towards the row of parked cars. There was at least five mil* between my mirror and the side of his truck, maybe six, so no worries!
* I don't mean millimetres, or money ... google it.
