My auto vignette looks a bit wonky, so either I live with it for 12 months or rip it off and buy another

I ate too much raclette tonight and now it feels like I have a rock in my stomach.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

I have just watched a very interesting Horizon programme on BBC2 TV: fat vs sugar.

http://www.radiotimes.com/episode/cs...on-sugar-v-fat

It is being repeated tomorrow at midnight Swiss time (one hour later than UK)

Two identical twins, both doctors & around 35 years old, conducted a 4 week long experiment, one on a high sugar low fat diet, one on a high fat low sugar diet. At the end neither was in a better shape. Both had lost a little weight, but with the wrong unhealthy results.

The experiments were controlled by experts in their fields, and the conclusion is that it is a combination of fat & sugar that is extremely dangerous: ice cream, cakes etc.

These combinations of fat & sugar are not found naturally, and only since we have been buying these products have we started to experience such heavy weight gains with subsequent diseases: if you eat only fat or only sugar, the brain tells you to stop eating any further, you feel full up. But for an unknown reason when we eat the combination fat & sugar we don't stop eating, and we become obese.

I really recommend you stay up and watch the programme.

Not being able to decide whether to record a programme or watch its repeat is a first world problem.

A few weeks ago I mistakenly turned off the overnight heating on our hot water heater. I meant to turn ON the day booster because I was going to take a bath. But I didn't have my glasses on and just flipped a switch. Bath for me that night was warm. Shower the next day, not so much.

This is an apartment so I have no control over anything. Heaters weren't hot either so guess there is a problem.

No at an uber swiss company. Everyone goes running or some other sport at lunch time and need a shower afterwards.

The only sweat I build up is munching on my kebab
