I have several chips on my shoulder.
I had despute with my mum over vacuum sealed spiced steaks which I buy regularly, that I shouldn't do so, because this kind of food is claimed by many sources to be cancerogenic. I lost my appatite completely
I have a small indent in the bonnet of my BMW which I'm too lazy to ask my insurance company to look at... I mean it bothers me anytime I look at it but do nothing about it
My iPhone's reset button is buggered up and it annoys me greatly. Similarly to my car, I do nothing about it ...
I want winter and there is no snow
Last but not least, when I came back to work first day after holiday's, there was no milk in (only cream) in caffee room. Preaching note to be skipped by sensitive readers and this kind of thread can not do away without: But seriously folks, we should be grateful that we are not infested by disasters, leave in peaceful land, have food everday on the table, and overall find ourselves in much better circumstances than any other nation in this world. I for one, enough bitching about for me and it's about time to start counting the belessings. | The following 4 users would like to thank jacek for this useful post:

The quick reply button on English forum seems to have lost it's proper image and my fingers are too fat to click on it in my iPhone so I have click the microicon really carefully, and then I find that I didn't want to reply to the thread anyway and someone else has replied in the meantime and my reply now looks out of context or off topic and I just want to cry and cry and cry forever like a person who has forgotten punctuation cries when they write a really long response and then the Internet goes down just before they post or if they think the Internet went down but it didn't and they accidentally double post cries

I went for a hike the other day. A public trail popular with all sorts of hikers, cyclists, parents, kids and dog walkers.
Despite no incident occurring, a group of all categories were arguing about who had the greater right to be on the path, who should move for who, who should wait at the side and let the others pass, how much space one should leave due to their own insecurities and paranoia.
I wished them all a happy new year, stroked the dogs, offered sweets to the kids and warned the cyclist about a fallen tree up ahead.
In other countries, people just get on with it.

I just checked the receipt for a recent car service and realised that they used Mobil, despite the fact that Castrol is the only oil approved for use on BMWs.

It's not really a witty one but a friend of mine had a perfectly healthy baby over the New Year and is complaining to anyone who will listen that she had to have an emergency C-section instead of the whale music and aromatherapy experience she had envisaged.
The fact that the procedure delivered her of a beautiful healthy baby girl seems to have escaped her...

The sun is blazing in through the windows which is making the room really warm which means I have to open the windows which means that my super fantastic underfloor heating is now serving to heat up the garden.
What's wrong with an electric two bar heater in the corner of the room that we can all huddle round when it gets cold. At least I could turn that off if it got sunny and I'd get to wear my winter woollies. | The following 6 users would like to thank Belgianmum for this useful post:
