Can you believe it? We have 11 different types of vinegar in the cupboard but not a single bottle of soy sauce

Re: The First World Problem Thread

I saw a little mouse in the cellar this morning!

I only know about frogs (they dehydrate if you don`t supply a basin of water).

It got a fright when it saw me (I hadn`t had my coffee yet) and it looked SO cute trying to run fast to get down the drainpipe thing that hasn`t been finished yet for the new sauna.

Do I tell O/H about this little mouse? It was SO cute!

He might "hire" the next door cat.

That means she wasn`t "home alone" .... or she was a "lady of the night" going walk-about. Shame, only ONE baby?

In your panic .... did you murder the mother and child?

I asked for a new keyboard and IT gave me a French one. Do you know they have even reversed the number pad? Why???

We bought a nice big box of apricots, to make a fresh aprikosenwahe (apricot pie thingy). Wouldn't you know it, I only have savory puff pastry on hand.

I don't live paycheque to paycheque, so pay day isn't particularly exciting for me.

That's too bad. Why don't you route this month's cheque to me, maybe even next month just to be sure, so you feel a little more excited come September?

I have my holidays up ahead in few weeks time but I'm too tired from work to enjoy them. This actually is my number two problem.

Foremost, I cannot insert smilies in my text.

I'm glad. Boo to smilies. It's my contribution to the 1st world thread. That and too much butter on my crisp fresh piece of dark bread.
