I went to the ATM and mistyped the amount and now have 2000CHF instead of 200.
The other way around I could understand, but why on earth would you be drawing out just 200chf in one go?

You didn't drink that much last night at the Bern dinner club, did you?
Didn't think so, but whatever happened I did have trouble sleeping properly last night.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

You know that feeling where, you've got a recipe and you're buying the ingredients, the recipe calls for, say, 50 g of a certain item, but the smallest selling unit you can buy that item in is, say, 500 g. And you're not making 9 more of the same recipe, nor are you planning to make a lot of said recipe or other ones which use the same ingredient in the near future.

Yeah, that feeling...

When in bathtub the iPhone 6+ finger print touch ID doesn't work when it's wet It takes an extra effort to punch the passcode.

What's even worse, firstly the question should be asked "why one is taking bath after 22h00 in Switzerland"

Surely pensioners have all week to do their shopping, or are they deliberately rubbing the fact that they do much better things with their free time in the week in my face on a Saturday morning at Migros?

No, a significant number also visit the supermarkets in central Zurich at lunchtime, when everyone who isn't retired wants to buy something to eat that doesn't consist of one pot of every available joghurt flavour, ten grapes and anything else than can be paid for with half a kilo of loose change.

When also they choose to have both the slowest and fewest number of cashiers working.

Evacuation training today - which means half the office has already gone home and the other half are now twiddling their thumbs waiting for the "surprise" evacuation alarm.

Don't you have a husband or a son for that kind of menial tasks?

They do the cooking and I do the washing up which is a good system normally as the dishwasher takes the strain.
