Kudos to Amazon for allowing some of the funniest faux reviews to remain on their site. The classic is the $8000 Denon link cable.

I have a CFF online account in English, my CFF customer record is saved in French (as is written correspondence)...

...and I've just received a promotional email from CFF, in German.

Stop using any kind of birth control and the issue might solve itself.

I had a good paced run with friends on Friday - back to the pace I used to

Now I'm worried that my run at lunch won't be quick enough

Re: The First World Problem Thread

I saw a hotel in Davos will a private ice rink but it isn't open until November. I'll have to share my view of the mountains on the public one a few metres away

I can't decide whether I prefer a private pool for my Bali trip, or an infinity pool on a cliff. Both cost a third of the price of above hotel in Davos...

I used to be able to flash my GA at the ticket inspector, whilst it remained in my wallet. Now I have the new SwissPass, I have to actually physically remove it to be scanned.

Happens to all of us. The price and risk of the penalty is meant to keep us honest

I don't know how much CFF lose in fare evasion each year, but it's still much quicker than having a closed gate system where everyone needs to pass their ticket through barrier gates.

This also kills any possible "scamming" like flashing an expired GA or 1/2 card, though the inspectors must have found that it substantially slows down the control process.
