How on earth did you manage to get the horses to go backwards?

The silly car parking sensor didn't warn me there was a boulder in the way (as I was veering in a parking lot - one of the "corners" has a boulder as an ornamental yard feature) and I scratched my front bumper. Luckily no dent, but still. I wonder if they fail to pick stuff up if the obstructions are too low? (but high enough to reach under the bumper and scrape the paint off.) And I was just getting comfy relying on it.
parking sensor or not, I reversed too quickly in a car park and bumped another car. 2,500 excess wasn't a good idea after all.

There wasn't a queue at McDonalds so I didn't have time to chose what to eat.

How many devices can you possibly have / need a connection in tandem?

Can't you set up some bridging / tethering?

Yay, nay, maybe... but a question is a question. I'll plead curiosity, not having a go at the author.

Not getting a simple answer to a simple question... hey, now there's a FWP...

Your question rebuttal was:
- typically engineering
- old school

The simple answer is: he needs more.

On Sunrise, when you order a new sim card, it does it immediately. When you suddenly realise that you ordered it for the wrong number on the account... there's no cancel!

I'll give them a call tomorrow... doh!

Got an 80CHF bill for a call I made in South Africa that I'd thought was using whatsapp...

I think I'll stop doing mobiley things for while. I'm obviously quite prone to error.

Its not often you get to use the word 'valiant' in this day and age but i think it describes him well.

Instead I used their online "contact us". We got a nice apology for calling her Mr NotAllThere instead of Mrs, and an assurance that if we send the incorrect SIM card, they'll refund the money.

Kudos to Sunrise.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

The car has made be grumpy the last few times I have taken it out on a cold morning because the "auto" program on the climate control doesn't clear the drivers side very quickly - the wife's suggestion of "stop breathing" was dismissed and purely temporary.

This morning I located the reason why - the Head Up Display unit removes the large vent in front of the driver's side of the windscreen.
