I've had to wash my car twice this week due to the bloody pollen. Hayfever sufferers, I sort of feel your pain.

I wish there was a way to synchronise, at least some of, the various radio feeds: FM, DAB, TuneIn App and Internet.
It is frustrating having streams from different sources with a delay between them. With all the technology around, I would have thought that there must be a solution somewhere.

I found an NPR link online - and wanted to download it to my phone to listen on the way home (with my other podcasts). It is still online but doesn't appear to be available as a podcast.

I just entered a Coop draw to win a brand new Fiat 500. If I win, do I sell it, or the 2nd-hand Audi A2 we bought two weeks ago?

If I sleep with the window closed, I simply can't cope nor sleep without fresh air.. but if it's open, I wake up with narrow slits for eyes, itchy eyes, and it feels like I've been kicked in the head. | This user would like to thank for this useful post:

Oh, I so empathise. Yuck.
And I feel such a miserable bugger when I can't join in with people sitting willy-nilly in the garden...

I open up the windows at night, my wife closes them ... open, close, open close ... ad nauseam.
If we had lived in a windowless Third World clay hut, there wouldn't have been an issue.

I, on the other hand, have a scientific mind, and can't sleep with a closed window, whatever the temperature outside. This leads to pretty intense fights in winter! luckily I always win | The following 4 users would like to thank Mélusine for this useful post:

Hosiery.
100 denier looks too much, sometimes 60 or 40 is not enough. Do you take a spare pare in case of snagging? What if one leg gets all twisted as you pull them on? Then you just fidget all day, because they never sit right afterwards even if you readjust.
It's all just too hard and a reminder as to why I habitually wear jeans.

I broke the car key in half, 400km into Italy, and didn't have a spare.
After my AXA breakdown insurance failed to pick up the phone, I recalled my similar experiences with RFID keys on my bikes, shoved the bits back together, and it started.
Tomorrow I will buy some superglue.
