Re: The First World Problem Thread

My iPad wouldn't download a game over 100MB with mobiledata, so I had to use my mobile phone as a hotspot to download it.

FWP 1
Replaced a parking sensor on the X3 in 25mins and for a cost of 19chf. I ordered 3 sensors as they fit a couple of cars - but the car has done >200k km so I'm not sure I'll ever need them.

FWP 2
Transfer case fluid is BMW specific so I'll have to pay BMW prices

Day 6 and the buffet at our all inclusive resort is starting to become tedious. What I wouldn't give for a bowl of cornflakes in the evening.

In a related story:
Ritz Carlton Singapore buffet and we'd finished off the last of the large langostines on the buffet. They came back with a fresh platter of them (12).

Half an hour later we had to ask them to refesh the platter again.

Re: The First World Problem Thread

Was not able to listen to Theresa May's first PMQ as my 7 year old, on school holidays, and instead of concentrating on building her rocket ship in the garden, was very busy talking over the tv as to whether Theresa is doing a better job than David.. told me that J. Corbyn has the exact same suit as Mr. Bean and even their ties are the same colour..

Supervising rocket ship take off, will watch May's question time later tonight

Will never forget the time mine said at that age "Mummy, your eyes have stars in them". That's how I felt (still do) looking at her.

Sorry, wrong thread.

Girl next to me at the lakeside Badi is using spray-on sun block which is airbourne and smearing my Prada shades. What an inconsiderate slinky honey she is.

The bathing ladder that enables us to easily return to our garden after swimming in the Rhine has got to be very slippery.
I had to scrub the steps today

Re: The First World Problem Thread

After sitting in the Thai Airlines spa in Bangkok for my free foot massage (for business and first class customers) I headed to the lounge for some snacks to tide me over during my long, 5 hour layover. Seven hours later during my flight back to ZH, I found myself sitting on the floor of the airplane bathroom with the worst case of food poisoning. On a positive note, it was the fastest 5 pound weight loss I have had in awhile.
